Middle school teachers in Eastern Massachusetts access
and analyze Earth Science data sets, use data analysis tools (IT), and
use these resources to engage their students in summer workshops and
during the school year in their curriculum. In this clip, summer workshop
students use GIS technology to map their backyard. Another group of
students learn to tag fish for future data collection.
