Abstract:
The session will provide discussion and exposure to scholarly work, strategies, and techniques for creating and sustaining research agenda, programs, and evaluation methods aimed at increasing under-represented groups into technology and media, this session will attend to issues of digital marginalization as a construct that can and must be both analyzed and resolved . Importantly, presenters will focus on theoretical and practical concerns on how to encourage students of color to not only participate in technology and media but developing means to nurture trajectories for our youth to become digital leaders.
